Data Analyst & CRO

At Paraty Tech, we're looking for a Data Analyst & CRO to lead the analytics and conversion optimization of our digital projects . You'll be key to transforming data into decisions, connecting technology, UX, and business.
With offices in Spain, Portugal, and Mexico, Paraty Tech is a technology company that offers solutions to hotels to improve their direct sales. We work closely with our clients to increase their sales through their own website reservations. Their success is our success!
YOUR MAIN CHALLENGES WILL BE:

• Analyze behavioral and conversion data on websites and booking engines.
• Design and interpret data-driven A/B tests and CRO strategies.
• Create dashboards and reports with key KPIs for product, marketing, and sales.
• Work with development teams (Python, React) to implement measurements.
• Propose continuous improvements based on clear and measurable insights.
