Job Description
**Responsibilities**:
- Data exploration, cleaning, and transformation
- Converting data requirements into simple yet insightful visualizations for the customer
- Ensure high data quality and ease of maintenance of data visualizations
- Identify new tools and opportunities for improvement to keep high customer satisfaction and increase efficiency of operations
- Support the success of the Customer Success team with data analysis, reports, and training as requested by management on important KPIs and customer health
**Must Have Qualifications**:
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics
- 4+ years of experience as a business or data analyst
- Advanced proficiency in Google Data Studio, Tableau, or other BI software
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel formulas, SQL, and BigQuery
- Advanced proficiency in English language (both Oral and Written)
**Good to Have Qualifications**:
- Experience developing code, scripts, batch processes using JavaScript, Python, and/or other languages to automate data extraction, transformation, and loading
- Experience building data pipelines with Google Cloud services
- Proficient in Product and Customer Success analytics and KPIs to measure performance
- Certifications in BI tools and Data Engineering
