As a data analyst of enterprise quality on the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team, you’ll coordinate the accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness of business processes through scheduled quality reviews. With a focus on enterprise-wide quality, you’ll develop and refine quality review procedures, collaborating with leadership to establish criteria and scoring metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders across departments to align on enterprise quality goals and objectives and contribute to the development and refinement of quality assurance processes, templates, and documentation to support enterprise-wide consistency.
