Data Analyst Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a Data Analyst Executive . This role requires strong numerical accuracy, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to generate clear, accurate reports for management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports with accurate data including sales, inventory and stock ordering.
• Analyse numbers, trends, and performance data.
• Manage and organise large datasets using Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, formulas).
• Assist in reporting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting documents.
• Design dashboards or summary reports for management.
• Support ad-hoc analysis requested by management.
