Position: RCM Data Analyst
Location: Remote

We’re hiring a Data Analyst with strong healthcare claims and RCM reporting experience to work hands-on with 835 remittances, 837 claims, and revenue cycle analytics .
What You’ll Do
Claims & RCM Analysis
Analyze 835 remittance files (payments, adjustments, CARC/RARC, balances)
Analyze 837P / 837I claims data (professional & institutional)
Reconcile claims vs payments to identify:
underpayments / overpayments
denials, write-offs, adjustment drivers
posting and timing issues
Support root-cause analysis for RCM performance and payment integrity
