About the Role

This is a business-critical analytics role. Your dashboards and insights will be reviewed by managers and leadership to make decisions related to revenue, customer behavior, operations, and growth.

You will work with imperfect, real-world data coming from multiple systems, and you will be expected to validate, clean, and model data before presenting insights. This is not a reporting clerk role, you are expected to think, question, and proactively identify risks and opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Own recurring business reports used by leadership, sales, and operations teams

• Write advanced SQL queries involving joins, CTEs, window functions, and performance tuning

• Validate data across multiple sources and investigate inconsistencies

• Design dashboards that answer business questions, not just show charts

• Translate unclear business questions into structured analytical problems

• Identify revenue leakage, churn patterns, funnel drop-offs, and operational bottlenecks

• Present insights clearly and defend conclusions using data logic

• Automate manual reporting processes wherever possible

Required Skills (Non-Negotiable)

• Minimum 2–5 years professional Data Analyst experience

• Strong SQL (complex joins, aggregations, query optimization)

• Advanced Excel including Pivot, Power Query, and complex formulas

• Hands-on Power BI or Tableau dashboard development

• Understanding of business KPIs and performance metrics

• Comfortable presenting insights to non-technical stakeholders

• Experience working with production business data

Desired Skills

• Python for automation and data processing

• Cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift

• Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or fintech analytics environments
