About the Role
This role works directly with the Founder’s Office on high-impact business problems across growth, marketing, operations, and strategy. This is not just a reporting or dashboard role -you’ll help drive real decisions using data.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze acquisition, conversion, retention, and repeat funnels
- Track key metrics like CAC, LTV, AOV, contribution margins, and cohorts
- Build Dashboards and do analysis across business, operations and other functions
- Build weekly/monthly dashboards for leadership
- Run deep dives on marketing performance and campaign ROI
- Identify growth opportunities and customer behavior insights
- Support pricing, discounting, and category strategy with data
- Help with fundraising metrics, investor dashboards, and business reporting
- Work on experiments and measure impact
