About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Data Analyst Intern to join our team. This role is a hands-on opportunity to apply data science and business intelligence techniques to a critical operational area: the Contact Center. The intern will use data to understand customer contact drivers, identify inefficiencies, and propose actionable solutions to reduce unnecessary contact volume and minimize negative impact on customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Collection and Preparation: Assist in collecting, cleaning, and processing large datasets from various sources, including CRM, call logs, and customer feedback systems.

  • Performance Analysis: Develop and refine operational metrics, reports, and dashboards to monitor contact center performance and key drivers of contact volume (e.g., repeat calls, call time, and common reasons for contact).
