About the Role

We are looking for a Data Engineer Intern to help manage and organize basic company data and support simple visual reporting. This role is ideal for beginners who want hands-on experience with real business data and basic design tasks.

Responsibilities

• Collect and organize company data from multiple sources (spreadsheets, forms, internal tools)
• Clean, validate, and update data to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Maintain data in Excel, Google Sheets, or basic databases
• Prepare simple reports, summaries, and dashboards for internal teams
• Create basic visual assets (charts, report visuals, presentations, posters) using Photoshop
• Support data entry and basic data analysis tasks
• Ensure data consistency and follow established data guidelines
• Assist the team with additional data and reporting-related tasks as required

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong Photoshop & image editing knowledge
• Familiarity with data visualization (charts, dashboards, reports)
• Basic experience with Adobe Photoshop for editing visuals, reports, or presentations
• Exposure to data tools or reporting systems is a plus
• Good understanding of numbers and attention to data accuracy
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain structured records
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn
• Ability to work carefully and ensure high data accuracy
• Good communication skills
