Data Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Analyst (support) to support day-to-day data operation processes, troubleshoot issues, maintain data quality, and assist stakeholders with reporting and operational data needs. This role sits between data engineering, business analyst and business teams, ensuring smooth data flow and timely delivery of insights.

Responsibilities

• Data Operations & Monitoring: Monitor daily data pipelines, scheduled ETL/ELT jobs, and automated reports.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data failures, delays, and anomalies.
• Escalate critical issues to data engineering teams when needed and follow through to closure.
• Identify recurring issues and propose process or system improvements.
• Ad-hoc Data Support: Handle ad-hoc data requests from business users, and tech teams.
• Write SQL queries to extract, validate, and reconcile datasets.
