Department Overview

AI & Data Promotion Group is an organization that promotes data utilization across the Company. Our mission is to effectively utilize data assets, maximize revenue through data support for business units, develop data talent, and promote the use of AI.
This organization reports to the Company Chief AI & Data Officer, who also serves as the Tech Executive Officer for the Commerce & Marketing Company. We play a critical role in creating business value through the power of data and AI for diverse services, including Rakuten Ichiba.
