About the Role
As the Data Analyst for Chime's expanding lending portfolio, you will be instrumental in shaping our data-driven lending strategy and enhancing member liquidity experiences. This role involves close collaboration with Product, Risk, Finance, and Marketing teams. Your core responsibilities will include leading sophisticated analyses, designing and measuring experiments, understanding cross product interactions and providing deep insights into impact drivers. A key focus will be understanding how member demographics and segmentation influence lending needs, and developing optimal product offerings to effectively support them.
The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $109,000 and up to $150,000. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
