Services Description:

The SSO Data Analyst, the role will support or lead the entire delivery lifecycle for process and system changes: Analysis, Requirements Gathering, Support Build, Testing, Change Management, Communication and Reporting and Dashboard creation.

● Work cross-functionally to investigate and do analysis on system issues

● Work Salesforce enhancement queue and drive system changes

● Create JIRA Tickets for Salesforce enhancements

● System and sales workflow management Analysis and Investigation. Improve business processes through data driven decisions.

● Create SFDC Reporting and Dashboards

Qualifications:

● Salesforce Experience

● Data Analytics (Excel data manipulation, Data Loader or similar)
