**La persona selezionata riporterà direttamente al Customer Service Manager e supporterà l'organizzazione con l'analisi dei dati e reporting, contribuendo all'implementazione di un approccio basato sui dati e sui numeri. È necessaria un'esperienza operativa in ambito logistico per facilitare il collegamento tra l'analisi dei dati e il processo di miglioramento continuo.**

Il/la candidato/a sarà inoltre uno/una dei principali stakeholder a livello di sito per le attività di ottimizzazione dei processi. Il ruolo prevede anche la gestione della fatturazione e il monitoraggio di SLA/parametri contrattuali.

+ Monitoraggio e analisi dei dati relativi alle attività di magazzino
+ Creazione di report per favorire il miglioramento dei processi e delle procedure
+ Supporto nell'implementazione e nel mantenimento delle strategie operative
+ Supporto alle funzioni centrali per la ricerca e gestione di nuovi fornitori
+ Creazione di report
+ Monitoraggio dello stock e gestione degli ordini in entrata e uscita
+ Gestione delle fatture dei fornitori e registrazione contabile
+ Monitoraggio degli SLA e parametri contrattuali

+ Esperienza di almeno tre anni in ruoli equivalenti e in contesti di logistica/industriali strutturati
+ Italiano fluente
+ Inglese intermedio
+ MS Office utente avanzato
