*The Role *
We're looking for a Data Analyst who can turn raw numbers into actionable insights and beautiful, executive-ready dashboards. You'll be the go-to person for Sigma, Excel, and ad-hoc data requests, reporting directly to the CTO. Speed, accuracy, and the ability to present insights clearly are essential.

This isn't a role for someone who only writes queries — we need someone who can build, visualize, and tell the story of our data, sometimes on very short notice.

What You'll Do

• Build, maintain, and optimize Sigma dashboards for operational, financial, and strategic insights.
• Answer ad-hoc business questions quickly and accurately, often pulling together multiple data sources.
• Produce polished Sigma pages and presentations for the CEO and executive team.
• Work with Excel like a power user — complex formulas, pivot tables, dynamic reports, and what-if analyses.
• Learn SQL and GitHub as needed to access and manipulate data efficiently; we have a track record of teaching this successfully.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Engineering to ensure accurate reporting and analysis.
• Maintain a clear and organized approach to data, dashboards, and reporting so others can follow your work.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
• Expert-level Excel skills — pivot tables, formulas, dynamic reports, and complex data manipulation.
• Experience building dashboards and visualizations in Sigma; ability to make them executive-ready.
• Quick learner — comfortable picking up SQL, GitHub, or other technical tools as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; can present data clearly and persuasively.
• Based in a time zone within ±2 hours of U.S. Eastern.
