We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as **Data Analyst (Onsite in CDMX)**
**Key Responsibilities**
· Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
· Investigate and correct data discrepancies.
· Perform root cause analysis for data anomalies.
· Generate investigative reports to support business decisions.
· Collaborate with US-based compensation administrators and other stakeholders.
**Required Qualifications**
· **Technical Skills:**
o **Advanced SQL proficiency** (complex queries, optimization).
o YAML and Trix experience.
o Familiarity with Looker dashboard usage (viewing only, not development).
· **Domain Knowledge:**
o **Sales domain experience is highly preferred.**
o Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new business processes.
· **Soft Skills:**
o Clear and fluent communication skills for client and stakeholder interaction.
o Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
· **Experience:**
o 5+ years in data analysis or related roles.
o Prior experience in troubleshooting and investigative reporting.
