We are looking for

a driven and enthusiastic Data Analyst (m/w/d) , who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Data & Analytics Team.



Your role in BizAway

  • You manage and improve our current reporting system, supporting all internal needs for Data visualization of data findings through charts, graphs, and dashboards to make our data understandable.
  • You learn all aspects of the travel industry from Finance, Products, Sales and Service/Operations perspective, translating data into actionable insights resulting in verifiable reporting. 
  • By having domain expertise in our industry, you engage with Business and Strategy stakeholders to help define KPIs, including how data will be captured, shared, and leveraged across our departments. 
  • You contribute to creating the base foundations of a comprehensive source of truth through data modeling actions 



    • Your basic qualifications

  • Previously worked in a Tech Company
  • Demonstrated experience with Product Analytics tools (eg: Amplitude, Mixpanel, Pendo, Google Analytics)
  • Demonstrated experience with BI Data Visualization tools (Qlik preferred)
  • Data analysis, presentation, and visualization experience
  • Strong communication skills required
  • Ability to work alone or in a team as required
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Engineering, Economics or a related field is preferred 
  • English proficiency (written and spoken level B2)



    • We are also interested in 

  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python
  • Experience with ETL tools
  • Understanding of AI/ML concepts

    Contract type: Permanent 
    Working hours: Full-time – 40h/week, from Monday to Friday

    Salary: Starting from 2nd level and above, with a salary range of €35K- €40K in accordance with the National
    Collective Agreement for the Commerce sector (CCNL Commercio)
