Data Analyst

Data Analyst:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in analytics or reporting roles.
• Proficiency in Power BI (preferred), Tableau, or similar BI tools.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, macros).
• Experience with data visualization best practices and storytelling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to present insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in BPO/Managed Services or similar operational environments. Familiarity with workforce management metrics (SLAs, utilization, attrition).
• Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics (nice to have).
