Data Analyst

Job summary-

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with strong technical expertise in data visualization,

predictive analytics, machine learning fundamentals, and end-to-end data pipeline management.

The ideal candidate is proficient in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Python, with proven experience in

transforming raw data into actionable business insights, automating reporting processes, and

driving data-driven decision making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1.​ Design, develop, and maintain interactive, automated dashboards and reports using Power

BI and Tableau for stakeholders at all levels (executive, operational, and tactical).

2.​ Build and maintain robust ETL pipelines (Extract, Transform, Load) using Python, SQL, and

modern data orchestration tools.

3.​ Perform web scraping and data extraction from websites, APIs, and unstructured sources

using Requests, BeautifulSoup, Selenium, etc.

4.​ Conduct advanced statistical analysis, A/B testing, hypothesis testing, predictive modeling,

and basic machine learning using Python (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Scikit-learn, Statsmodels).

5.​ Write complex, optimized SQL/MySQL queries to support reporting, analytics, and data

warehousing needs.

6.​ Apply text mining/NLP techniques when required for unstructured data insights.

7.​ Lead or support market/competitive analysis and industry trend tracking to inform strategic

initiatives.

8.​ Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance)

using Agile methodologies to deliver analytics projects on time.

9.​ Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in data governance, visualization, and

storytelling.

10.​Continuously identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve data quality

and accessibility.

Required Skills and Qualification:

1.​ 5–8+ years of professional experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles.

2.​ Prior exposure to marketing analytics, e-commerce, fintech, or SaaS environments.

3.​ Python for data analysis and automation (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib/Seaborn, Scikit-learn)

4.​ Web scraping tools (Requests, BeautifulSoup, Selenium)

5.​ Excellent communication skills and experience presenting to non-technical stakeholders.

6.​ Exceptional problem-solving, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills.
