Job Summary:

Data Analysts will collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to gather, document,

and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows. The ideal candidate will analyze

complex datasets, develop dashboards and reports, and translate business needs into

actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and define KPIs
• Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
• Write complex MySQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for business users
• Perform data analysis and automation using Python (Pandas, NumPy, etc.)
• Translate business problems into analytical solutions and data models
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across reports
• Document business requirements, data definitions, and analytical logic

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering,
• or related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Data Analyst
• Strong expertise in MySQL (joins, subqueries, indexing, performance tuning)
• Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis
• Strong experience in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, visualizations)
• Ability to convert data insights into clear business recommendations
• Experience in requirement gathering, BRD/FRD documentation
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with other databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server) is plus
