Data Analyst

who can own end-to-end

e-commerce reconciliation, reporting, and business analytics

to help bring clarity, accuracy, and data-driven decision-making to our operations.
Key Responsibilities
E-commerce Reconciliation
Reconcile orders, payments, settlements, refunds, returns, and cancellations across platforms
Match platform reports with bank statements and payment gateways
Identify short claims, excess deductions, penalties, and commission mismatches
Track and close missing payments & dispute cases within defined SLAs
Data Analysis & Reporting
Build daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards for leadership teams
Identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities using data
