This role centers around using data to drive business decisions related to revenue and customer lifecycle management.

• Data Analysis & Reporting
• Develop and automate dashboards and reports (e.g., renewal rates, churn, upsell, downgrades).
• Analyze reasons for non-renewals to provide data-backed recommendations to mitigate churn .
• Business Intelligence & Modeling
• Design and implement scalable BI solutions .
• Build models to predict customer churn , renewal probability, and retention ROI.
• Forecasting & Optimization
• Create models and tools for renewal forecasting based on customer behavior/product usage.
• Conduct A/B testing and impact analysis for strategies.
