Data Analyst – Operations & Manufacturing Analytics

We are supporting a global manufacturing organization looking for a Data Analyst who enjoys solving real operational problems , not just creating dashboards.

In this role, you will work closely with operations, engineering, and finance teams to understand why factory performance changes , where productivity is lost, and which improvement actions will have the biggest impact . You will turn complex factory and machine data into clear, structured insights that help leaders make better decisions.

This is not an accounting role and not a reporting-only BI role . The focus is on operations performance analysis, productivity, efficiency, and loss drivers .

You will collaborate with regional and global teams , with regular interaction and knowledge sharing with overseas stakeholders.
