Data Analyst

We’re looking for a data-driven Data Analyst who can turn raw data into a strategic asset. In this role, you will be the voice of the learner/attendee and the guardian of program effectiveness, delivering insights that directly influence strategy and decision-making.

You’ll work across data from our Learning Management System (LMS), virtual event platforms, and marketing channels to uncover trends, measure ROI, and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Data Collection & Management

• Identify, extract, and consolidate data from multiple sources, including LMS platforms (e.g. Cornerstone, Docebo), virtual event tools (e.g. Zoom), and marketing systems.
• Develop and maintain clean, reliable datasets and dashboards for ongoing reporting.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and hygiene by implementing best practices for data validation.
