The NPI Data & Reporting Analyst will support the New Product Introduction (NPI) organization by owning data structure, reporting, and process automation across materials, CAPEX, schedules, and operational workflows.
This role reduces dependency on manual Excel updates and builds scalable reporting solutions to improve visibility, decision‑making, and cross‑functional alignment.
They will act as the central data steward—building the datasets, dashboards, and automation needed to bring consistency and accuracy to NPI reporting.

Data Ownership & Reporting
Build and maintain structured datasets for project schedules, materials, CAPEX, and milestones
Develop Power BI dashboards delivering real-time insights for leadership, PMs, engineering, and finance
Standardize data inputs, metrics, and reporting templates across the NPI/PMO organization
Validate data for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with internal standards
