The Role & Context
Integrated into the Service Delivery Center (France Data & AI department), you will be the Manager's right hand in a transversal mission. Your goal is to optimize existing production chains and develop innovative solutions to improve productivity for major pharmaceutical clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Optimization: Improve data production flows and ETL workflows (Databricks/SSIS).
- Data Reliability: Analyze and ensure the accuracy of data models and existing processes.
- BI & Reporting: Provide BI platform support and create high-impact dashboards using Power BI.
- Coordination: Act as a technical bridge between French management, customer service, and offshore production teams.
- KPI Management: Define production KPIs and monitor quality control to identify areas for improvement.
Technical Requirements (Hard Skills)
- Databases: Strong proficiency in SQL and SQL Server (Modeling, complex querying, and various DBMS).
- Programming: Solid experience with Python (R is a plus).
- Business Intelligence: Experience with Power BI and OLAP cubes.
- ETL: Familiarity with workflows (Databricks, SSIS).
- Office: Advanced Excel skills.
Must-Have Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Barcelona or surrounding areas (Hybrid model).
- Languages: Professional fluency in both French and English is mandatory (essential for daily coordination with the French team and offshore partners).
- Experience: At least 2 years in a similar data management or BI role.
- Education: Scientific or Engineering background.
