**The Opportunity:**
The Supply Chain and Procurement organization is growing our ability to make data-driven business decisions through a combination of ad-hoc analyses, broad and sustainable data and analytics solutions, and cross-functional collaboration. To meet these ambitious goals, we are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join the team. You will be responsible for working with the team to develop an understanding of Supply Chain business, our customers, and our place in the market through data. Typical tasks include identifying, cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing data, establishing connectivity between disparate data sources to derive new insights, and working with stakeholders to evaluate needs, define project requirements, assist with creating new analytical solutions, and support existing reports or solutions. In addition, you will work with cross-functional partners to share knowledge, drive analytics standards and best practices, and accelerate capabilities across our Supply Chain sites.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Explore, understand, and analyze customer, market, and competitive data (from internal and external sources) using files, database queries, and tools such as Alteryx and Tableau.
+ Work collaboratively to deliver insights that inform marketing and sales strategies, answer key business questions, and enable CACI to improve customer experience.
+ Develop monthly executive supply chain dashboards that communicate findings from analytics, monitor and track metrics, and enable the business to drive informed decisions.
+ Assist with conceptualization and development of new data-driven insights solutions with broad applicability across the business.
+ Assist team in developing and maintaining data dictionaries, project trackers, and project reporting tools to manage workload and timelines.
+ Document methods and procedures and contribute to defining best practices and standards for data analysis and visualization.
+ Adhere to appropriate data security and privacy protocols.
+ Work with Business teams in identifying problems with impact analysis.
+ Acquire Data from primary or secondary data sources available in structured and unstructured form.
+ Perform Data modeling activities such as data cleansing, merging, and enrichment.
+ Generate reports, annotated code, and other project artifacts to document, archive, and communicate outcomes.
**Qualifications:**
+ BS/BA in technical, analytics or business-related field
+ Experience in Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization software • Extensive knowledge of Alteryx and Tableau preferred
+ Programming experience with one or more of the following languages: Visual Basic, Python, R, SQL, Alteryx Power Query Editor
+ Proficiency in Microsoft products, including Excel and PowerPoint
+ Willingness to learn new tools to grow into the advanced analytics space
+ Ability to communicate complex concepts to business stakeholders and technical colleagues
+ Tenacity to work through complex data sets, changing business requirements, and evolving corporate environment is a must
+ Expertise in critical thinking and problem-solving methods
+ Demonstrated expertise in presentation and communications skills
+ Proven understanding of supply chain concepts and metrics
+ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with strong attention to detail
+ Ability to achieve results in a matrix environment
+ String prioritization skills and the ability to effectively plan and manage tasks for multiple data projects

**Pay Range** : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
