Summary

A Customer Value Management Analyst is the analytical backbone of the team, responsible for translating strategy into actionable insights, identifying growth opportunities, and measuring the success of CVM initiatives. This role requires strong data analysis skills, business acumen, and the ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

· Collect, clean, and validate customer data from multiple sources (CRM, sales, digital platforms, surveys, etc.) to ensure accuracy and consistency.

· Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualization tools to track customer behavior, churn, engagement, and retention trends.

· Conduct detailed analysis of customer segments, purchasing patterns, and lifecycle behaviors to identify opportunities for growth and retention.
