The role involves developing and maintaining advanced reporting solutions using ServiceNow, Power BI, SQL and the Databricks platform to support HR and operational performance metrics. You will collaborate closely with the Data Engineering team to ensure data integrity across multiple systems and leverage AI automation concepts where applicable.
