Purpose
Drive sell-out performance through data analysis, reporting, and actionable insights across retail, campaigns, and field force execution.
Key Accountabilities
- Analyze sell-out performance by channel, SKU, region, and outlet
- Track campaigns, promotions, and event ROI
- Monitor promoter / SBA productivity and sales contribution
- Support incentive calculation and payout validation
- Track merchandising execution and outlet coverage
- Deliver dashboards and performance reports for business reviews
Requirements
- Degree in Analytics, Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years’ experience in retail analytics / FMCG / consumer electronics
- Comfortable working with Sales and Retail teams
