Purpose
Drive sell-out performance through data analysis, reporting, and actionable insights across retail, campaigns, and field force execution.

Key Accountabilities

  • Analyze sell-out performance by channel, SKU, region, and outlet
  • Track campaigns, promotions, and event ROI
  • Monitor promoter / SBA productivity and sales contribution
  • Support incentive calculation and payout validation
  • Track merchandising execution and outlet coverage
  • Deliver dashboards and performance reports for business reviews

Requirements

  • Degree in Analytics, Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 1–3 years’ experience in retail analytics / FMCG / consumer electronics
  • Comfortable working with Sales and Retail teams
