Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Collect daily, weekly, and monthly reports from machine operators and supervisors
- Verify data for completeness, accuracy, and logical consistency before entry
- Enter production, downtime, dispatch, and other operational data into Excel sheets
- Maintain structured Excel files as per company formats and reporting standards
- Highlight missing data, mismatches, or unusual figures to supervisors/management
- Prepare basic summaries, totals, and simple charts when required
- Ensure timely submission of reports without follow-ups being required
- Maintain proper version control and data backups
- Coordinate with production, planning, and dispatch teams for data clarification
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry, formulas, filters, pivot basics preferred)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
