Job Description


Key Responsibilities
  • Collect daily, weekly, and monthly reports from machine operators and supervisors
  • Verify data for completeness, accuracy, and logical consistency before entry
  • Enter production, downtime, dispatch, and other operational data into Excel sheets
  • Maintain structured Excel files as per company formats and reporting standards
  • Highlight missing data, mismatches, or unusual figures to supervisors/management
  • Prepare basic summaries, totals, and simple charts when required
  • Ensure timely submission of reports without follow-ups being required
  • Maintain proper version control and data backups
  • Coordinate with production, planning, and dispatch teams for data clarification


Required Skills & Competencies
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry, formulas, filters, pivot basics preferred)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
