Analyzes data, assesses trends and develops actionable insights and recommendations in support of large strategic business initiatives. Actively develops the analytics community at Vanguard by coaching others internally and participating in external events.

Mobile Analytics is launching innovative initiatives to drive long-term growth and client value, such as AI-powered analytics to enhance client experience, estimating mobile’s impact on PI net growth, and promoting evidence-based decision making through advanced analytics and experimentation.

The candidate will act as a thought leader, using advanced analytics and experiments to shape the product roadmap and digital strategy. Key responsibilities include mentoring junior analysts, identifying core business questions, selecting appropriate analytics methods, and clearly communicating results and product value to stakeholders.
