The Unit analyzes data to identify areas for improvement, such as faster delivery times or reduced costs, and provide insights to optimize the entire logistics network.Job Description:The Performance Analytics Operations Analyst is responsible for conducting day-to-day data gathering, generation, and basic analysis to support the Department Head of Performance Analytics towards the overall direction of the Department. They will process data and create meaningful dashboards to ensure that operating teams have enough visibility on operational and cost metrics.The Data Analyst will work closely with the Ground Operations units to ensure that data is properly cascaded and understood on the hub level.
