Good communication skills to explain data insights clearly
Key Responsibilities
Work extensively with Advanced Excel and Google Sheets for data cleaning, transformation, and analysis
Use advanced formulas and functions such as:
XLOOKUP / VLOOKUP / HLOOKUP / INDEX-MATCH
IF, IFS, ARRAYFORMULA
QUERY, FILTER, TEXT, DATE functions
Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Highlighting and Removing Duplicates
Fetch and refresh data using Power Query , including:
Importing data from online sources (URLs, CSVs, Google Sheets, APIs where applicable)
Basic data transformations using Power Query
Prepare interactive dashboards using:
Pivot Tables & Pivot Charts in Excel and Google Sheets
Power BI dashboards (basic to intermediate level)
