Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Supply Chain Technology Manager and Team Leader in process design, systems integration, and master data management for continuous improvement.

  • Map and document current (as-is) and future (to-be) processes; create capability/feature maps and actionable requirements.

  • Assist in the configuration and integration of supply chain systems, including Salesforce/Salescloud.

  • Ensure effective master data for seamless operations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (B2B/Sales, logistics, service delivery, category management, finance, engineering) to optimize system functionality.
