Job Description
We are partnering a social services organisation that is building out its data and analytics foundation to enable AI-driven solutions and better service outcomes.
This is a hands-on, senior individual contributor role for someone who enjoys designing and building core data infrastructure, working closely with both technical and business teams, and operating comfortably in early-stage or evolving environments.
Key Responsibilities
Data infrastructure development
Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL / ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data
Integrate data from multiple sources into data warehouses or data lakes
Optimise datasets and infrastructure for performance, scalability, cost efficiency, and alignment with analytics and AI needs
Work with internal IT teams and/or external vendors as required
Data analytics enablement
