Oracle’s modern data platform empowers SLED institutions to modernize, integrate, and analyze data to improve services and outcomes. As a SLED Integration & Analytics Sales Specialist, you will operate as an overlay seller, working side-by-side with Data Platform AEs and cross-functional teams to drive market adoption and close business. You’ll translate SLED missions into integrated, insight-driven solutions—improving constituent experience, operational efficiency, and student success—while navigating public sector procurement, budget cycles, and compliance.
Overview
We are seeking a consultative, outcomes-focused specialist who aligns Oracle’s integration and analytics capabilities—data and app integration, API management, streaming/ETL/ELT, governance, and enterprise analytics/BI—to high-impact SLED use cases. You will build C-suite alignment, craft value propositions, and orchestrate complex pursuits with pre-sales, partners, and industry teams to exceed revenue targets in your territory.

Primary job duty is to sell technology software products and related services in a defined territory. Identifies, qualifies and closes new opportunities. Manages accounts including the entire sales process from business development prospecting and specifications through contract negotiations, signing, and post-sales support. Leverages the Oracle sales model to maximize revenue growth and increase local market share. Builds and expands business partner revenue and self sufficiency.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $113,100 to $185,100 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 45/55.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
