JOB PURPOSE

For our Corporate Data & Analytics team we are looking for a Data Analytics Solution Architect specialized in data and analytics architectures. The role involves designing scalable and secure solutions on Microsoft Fabric and Databricks, in alignment with enterprise architecture standards, and supporting implementation teams in project delivery. The data platform represents the enterprise engine for KPI calculation and advanced models, interacting with all end channels across the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design scalable, secure, efficient, and high-performing solutions on Microsoft Fabric and Databricks to support enterprise KPI calculation and the development of advanced models.

  • Design compliant-by-design solutions, ensuring adherence to governance, security, and performance standards.

  • Translate functional and business requirements into robust technical architectures aligned with enterprise architecture standards.

  • Monitor and optimize Azure and Microsoft Fabric resource costs, ensuring efficient platform usage.

  • Design real-time architectures and solutions for marketing automation and personalization, ensuring integration with all end channels

  • Support implementation teams during project delivery and validate architectural decisions.

  • Scout and evaluate innovative tools in the data and AI domain.

    • KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

    Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Maths, or related STEM discipline.


    At least 5 years of experience in solution architecture within the Data Analytics domain, preferably in consulting and/or the Fashion & Luxury sector.


    Hands-on experience in designing modern data architectures (data lakehouse, cloud-native) as an enterprise engine for KPIs and advanced models.


    Experience in defining and implementing data governance models and semantic layers.


    Deep expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and Power BI.


    Solid understanding of cloud-native architecture, data lakehouse models, and ML/AI frameworks.


    Mandatory certification: Databricks Certified Data Engineer (or equivalent).


    Knowledge of real-time architectures, marketing automation, and personalization.


    Expertise in designing semantic layers and data governance models.


    Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.


    Ability to work in structured, cross-functional environments.
