We are seeking an experienced Data Analysis & Process Improvement Professional with a background in projects related to Payroll, HRIS, Compensation, Finance or Human Resources.
The role will support both the Canada Payroll Manager in day-to-day operations and the Global Payroll Leader in driving key payroll transformation projects across regions combining analytical expertise, process improvement, and data-driven insights to enhance payroll accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
Responsibilities
Operational Support
Identify and implement process improvements in the payroll journey to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Lead process automation initiatives.
Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and internal data products.
Create and develop effective and automated payroll processes and control checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of payroll runs.
