**Job title:**

Data and AI Engineer

**In this role, you**

shape the digital platform of Philips Service Parts Supply Chain with a focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI) implementations, connecting /integrating elements such as workflow applications, process automation, Control Tower, and supplier collaboration applications.

**You are responsible for**

+ Co-developing and implementing Service Parts Supply Chain (SPS) Digital Platform Strategy & Roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders.

+ Securing a data and digital platform architecture that enables integration with existing applications and extensions with new technologies, especially with AI.

+ Ensuring SPS data and digital platform architecture is documented and well understood by key stakeholders.

+ Securing the right software quality through the execution of the software validation process as required.

+ Acting as a point of contact in case of data and digital platform questions at the business level.

+ Leading, designing, and co-developing AI solutions and other applications in collaboration with IT and other partners to enhance customer experience and ensure operational excellence while safeguarding SPS processes.

+ Leading specific investigation and deployment projects.

+ Supporting business and IT by sharing knowledge, experience and perspective.

+ Supporting business with data and digital platform issues.

+ Supporting business in clean-up following incident resolution.

**Service Parts Supply Chain (SPS)** is the single service parts provider within Philips Healthcare. SPS is responsible for the total service parts supply chain from the factory/suppliers to the regions. The strategy is to maximize the service part availability, minimize the total cost of operation and minimize the inventory level. To realize this strategy, SPS operates a global service parts network, including supply management, strategic planning, supply chain execution systems, forward Logistics (warehouse/distribution), Business Partner Management, reverse logistics and IT tools.

**To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience**

+ Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Software Engineering or equivalent.

+ Experience with and passion for data and digital platform architecture, and AI implementations, preferably in the Supply Chain domain.

+ Strategic thinking, systems thinking and creativity.

+ (8+ years) Hands-on experience in programming and databases, including scripting.

+ Experience in software validation preferred.

+ Able to work on multiple projects at once at both an individual and team level.

+ Result oriented, persuasive, encouraging and motivating, and able to drive performance across functions.

+ Fluent in English (verbal and written).

+ Strong communication and presentation skills, and ability to interact effectively with colleagues on management and leadership level.

+ Proven global skills; experience in a cross-cultural environment teamwork.

+ Project management skills.

+ Good prioritization skills, keeping what is most important to the success of the business always in view.
