Being customer obsessed and data driven is what drives this role. We're looking for individuals who can empathize with users, and work towards making their everyday lives easier. If you're analytical, detail-oriented, and organized, but also excited to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty, you'd fit right in. The role will require rotational working hours to ensure smooth operational running of the 24/7/365 real-time set up, and collaboration with a global team. This role directly powers a critical live customer-facing product safety product, which forms the foundation for multiple other safety features. You would be the expert at risk identification, for all our customers using our safety products. You would also work closely with the Research & Development teams, to power our in-house Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence models, by generating high quality training datasets.
