JD:
- 11+ years of experience in Data and Analytics.
- 2+ years of experience as a Azure Data Architect.
- 3+ years of experience in Architecting, designing and implementing Modern Data Platforms and Solutions using Microsoft Azure Cloud and understands reference architectures.
- Deep understanding Data Migration Strategies with 2+ years of experience in Data Migration and Modernization
- Strong hands-on experience in ETL/ELT methods using Spark or any of the ETL tools like ADF, Databricks, Synapse and any other ETL tool
- Strong hands-on experience in SQL, Advanced SQL, Stored Procedures vii. Hands-on experience in Pyspark, Python, Databricks, Synapse.
- Strong understanding or Data Modelling Concepts and deep understanding of Star, Snowflake, Denormalized Schema models. Knowledge of Data Vault modelling
- Excellent Analytical and Data Analysis skills.
- Deep Expertise in following Microsoft Azure Data Services is must – Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics Good to Have.
- Work experience in Data Solutioning, Pre-sales, RFP Support, Consulting and Advisory is preferred.
- Dev Ops, CI/CD in Azure Native tools or General Dev Ops tools is preferred.
- Strong understating of Data Management methods, principles and tools are preferred – Data Quality, Metadata Management, Data Cataloguing, Data Lineage, Data Security and Compliance, Azure Purview, Alation, Collibra.
- Understanding of Real-time data analytics and good understanding and experience in following Microsoft Azure Data Services is good to have – Azure Event Hub, Azure IOT Hub, Azure Stream Analytics, Azure Data Explorer, Azure Logic App xv. Azure DP-203 certification is preferred.
Good Understanding of other MPP Data warehouses or Cloud Data warehouses like Snowflake, Redshift, Teradata, Data stage etc is preferred
