Data Architect

We are seeking a Data Architect to lead data design in a new enterprise Databricks platform, driving effective data modeling and reuse.

Responsibilities

• Whiteboard logical data diagrams with English-speaking business stakeholders from Auto OEM, AutoParts, and Auto Warranty business units
• Merge, split, and rename business entities to better reflect real-world operations and business perceptions
• Maintain and extend the data model with new business entities and attributes, identifying the right placements
• Drive the team on translating logical diagrams into Databricks data objects and determine persistence versus ephemeral data
