Job Purpose

We are seeking a People & Culture Data and Benchmarking Specialist to join the People & Culture function at an exciting stage of organisational growth. This is a specialist role with deep subject-matter focus, responsible for building and maintaining robust people data frameworks that support fair, competitive and scalable people practices.

The role will work solely on continuous benchmarking, job architecture, job role matrices and career progression frameworks across the organisation. You will play a critical role in ensuring role clarity, internal equity and external competitiveness, providing trusted data-led insight to senior leaders and People & Culture colleagues.

This position is ideal for a highly analytical, detail-driven professional who enjoys building structure, governance and clarity, and who is comfortable operating as a specialist without direct people management responsibility.
