Data & BI Analyst

The Data & BI Analyst is responsible for managing data integrity and creating analytical dashboards using business intelligence tools

Responsibilities

• Follow enterprise data management processes under supervision of Data Operations Manager to perform the following job duties
• Reconcile customer, product and contacts data between the CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (NetSuite) systems
• Perform transactional data analysis utilizing data from the CRM & ERP systems to identify process disconnects
• Build dashboards, using Power BI or similar BI tools, which help identify data hygiene gaps easily
• Assist with maintaining data hygiene & integrity in the Data Warehouse
• Build functional & operational analysis using Power BI or similar BI tools
