- Mortality Rate – risk-adjusted in-hospital mortality.
- Average Length of Stay (ALOS) – efficiency and care pathway optimization.
- Hospital-Acquired Infection & Safety Events – infection rates and safety incidents.
Operational Efficiency
- ED Wait Time / Door-to-Treatment – time from arrival to clinician.
- Bed Occupancy & Turnover Rate – inpatient capacity utilization.
- Time-to-Result Metrics – turnaround for labs or diagnostics.
Workflow & Clinician Behavior
- Clinical Decision Support (CDS) Usage – adherence to guidelines.
- Variation in Care Practices – identify outliers in treatment paths.
Utilization & Resource Management
- Procedure Volumes & Cost per Procedure – track service volumes and cost-efficiency.
Patient Experience
- Patient Satisfaction / NPS – perception of care and operational touchpoints.
