Skills:

• Demonstrable competency with a wide range of subsurface and wells data types, with a bias towards subsurface.
• Ability to liaise with wells and subsurface Discipline Leads/SMEs on data requirements.
• Strong working knowledge of subsurface data/workflows.
• Strong data analytics skillsets working with large datasets.
• Data visualisation skills to determine trends/outliers an advantage (eg powerbi).
• Proficient in Agile methodologies

Experience:

• Degree in relevant field, technical and/or business related.
• 10+ yrs subsurface data hands-on experience
• Highly experienced in technical project management.
• Familiar with data analytics tools, data architecture, data management.
• Ability to collaborate with technical professionals with relation to digital and technology.
• Experience in "liberating data", establishing data as an asset and promoting a culture of innovation and relentless improvement.
• Strong business acumen, deep domain knowledge and experience gained from an industrial energy infrastructure setting
