Role: Data Center Architect

Experience: 10-15 years

Location: Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata

Skills: Data Centre, Network Security, Technical Presales, Hybrid Cloud

Responsibilities:

• Define and Design strategy and best practices of customized technical architecture/solutions in the Data Center and Cloud
• Develop complete virtualization solutions considering sizing, infrastructure, data protection, disaster recovery, and application requirements.
• Creation of a bill of materials for solution specific DC Transformation and virtualization
• Bring new ideas and methodologies to bring transformations in DC and Cloud space to propose to respective customers.
• Ideal candidates will have excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills and can write technically for pre-sales work and project documentation.

Essentials

• He or she should have conceptual and architectural knowledge on below technology/Services area. Compute – OS, Physical Servers, Authentication System, File Server, Patch Management, Anti – virus
• Storage – Concepts of Storage High Availability Functionality & Replication, S/W defined Storage, Data Protection Data Centre – Concepts of DR & BCP, Data Centre Security
• Cloud – Private and Public (AWS, Azure and GCP) Cloud
• Migration – Migration Technologies, Plan on a page, Tools, and methodologies

Desirable

• Network – Concepts of N/W Segregation, Network Security Protection, N/W Load Balancers, S/W Defined Network.
• Security – Perimeter security
• Tools & Monitoring – Concepts of availability tools, Performance tools and ITSM tools
• Application – Concepts of Enterprise-wide application knowledge and its different layers/Tiers
• Middleware & Database – Good in either MS SQL or Oracle DB and WebLogic/JBOSS/Tomcat/Apache/IIS
• Gen AI – Foundational knowledge on AI and LLM Additional
• Concepts – DevOps, Container Orchestration, Automation and Multi-Cloud Management Tools/Platform
