Data Center Cable Technician ISP

Job Description
We are seeking entry‑level Cable Technicians to support large‑scale structured cabling projects inside a major data center environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with construction, telecom, or general hands‑on experience who want to break into the telecommunications and data center industry. Technicians will work alongside senior team members to learn cabling on a grand scale, including fiber, copper, pathways, and rack builds.
What You’ll Do
• Install cable trays, pathways, and supporting infrastructure
• Pull Cat5/Cat6 cable and fiber throughout the data center
• Drop cable using fish tape and route through designated pathways
• Perform pre‑termination tasks: dressing, organizing, forming, and labeling cables
• Suspend and support cables using trays, J‑hooks, D‑rings, bridal rings, and trapeze hangers
